I can’t begin to tell you how thrilled I am to share this gorgeous maternity session with you! The lovely new mama to be is Rachelle from Wiley Valentine and her little one, Piper Marie (I die at the perfection of that name) just recently arrived. Rachelle is a veritable goddess in the wedding industry, so of course I feel absolutely honored that I get to share this photo shoot of her and hubby Michael.
Then, of course, there is Braedon Flynn Photography, whose images are always golden. Jeni, from Found Vintage Rentals provided all the furniture and helped style the shoot, along with Jesi Haack, who contributed additional styling, concept and accessories. The headpiece was made by Ink and Button and the floral wreath was made by Emily’s mom (Emily is the other half of Wiley Valentine!
All in all, the entire team did a fabulous job. I know you going to really love this shoot!
So, I’ve got to take a moment here and RAVE about photographer Jael DeYoung. I wanted to share every single one of her blog posts with you. Which I may still do. But for now, after I prove to you how unbelievably creative and fabulous she is with these images, you’ll want to run over to her blog for more of the same. Be prepared though: her photography will suck you in!
Oh…and a pillow fight? Stop it. I want to do this exact shoot with my own kids. And their cousins. Which is obviously really far in the future, but nonetheless, this shoot is a must!
I’d like you to meet Little Miss Olivia. She likes lollipops, umbrellas, converse, girlie prints and cupcakes. She has an altogether way-to-creative mom who put together this shoot to capture her daughter! Photographer Megan Welker was lucky enough to have her as a subject!
Miss Olivia, would you mind sharing a cupcake with me?
Not only is this family shoot by Drew B. Photography unbelievably darling, but the story behind this family makes it that much better. The Howertons are a beautiful family that has two new additions to their brood. They have a nine month old daughter, as well as a newly adopted son from Haiti, whose adoption process was expedited because of the earthquake. You can read more about their amazing story here, on photographer Drew B.’s blog. Special thanks to the Howertons and Drew for letting me share these photos with you. Also, be sure to check out Kristen Howerton’s awesome blog, Rage Against the Minivan. I die!
Okay, okay. I’ll admit…these may not be FIRST haircuts, technically, but I think photographer Sarah Q gives us good enough reason to have a camera (preferrably with a pro behind it) to shoot the proverbial first haircut. How cute are Kai and Roxy, Sarah’s kids?
Chelsea Elizabeth sent me these BEAUTIFUL images this morning, and I had to post them immediately. How gorgeous is her subject, Devin? Click here for more from the session.
